Wiht – Album launch show

Announcement from Wiht for their release party:

We (Wiht) are pleased to announce the release of The Harrowing of the North on vinyl… so pleased in fact we thought we’d throw a party!
To help us celebrate we have booked some lovely bands for your lovely ears; Undersmile, Bismuth, Wizard’s Beard & Durge.
The night will take pace in Leeds from 7.30 on Friday 1st February.
There will be heaps of records available to purchase from the great Phil from Devouter Records, plus shirts, and tables of merch’ from the bands themselves.I’d just like to point out that Wiht will not be playing unfortunately; however we shall all be in attendance. Chris will also be making the 250+ mile slog back up North to celebrate!
We may or may not have a listening of the record; we’ll see how drunk everyone is at the time…

So I hope you can all make it. Should be a fantastic do!

Galvano Reiew at Sleeping Shamen

A very nice review of Galvano’s Two Titans at Sleeping Shamen.

Coming on strong like a motherfucking atom bomb this release (ltd run of 500 coloured vinyl) will fuck you up when you realise it’s only two dudes making this super sludge monster of an album.

New Italian Review at Doommabestia

Translated snippet below:

‘unquestionable quality, an excellent debut for a band that has its strings in the opportunity to talk about in the years to follow. The battle continues but Galvano are two TITANS!’
